WHERE THERE IS A WILL!

A total of 25 apprentices and dual students are currently working for the German market leader for sewer vehicles in Schwalenberg, which equals a training quota of 10%. There are not many companies in Lippe that can boast a similarly high training quota.

That not only the quantity but also the quality of the training at MÜLLER is right has now been proven by two great apprentices in the metal construction sector: Jannis Chaintoutis and Jannek Rahns very successfully completed their training on 29.05.2020 with top marks - and this despite a shortened training period and despite more difficult conditions during the pandemic.

The new training manager Joschua Kuffner is not entirely innocent in this, saying: "Success requires a strong will to perform. Jannis and Jannek have shown that they can achieve the goals they have set themselves with zeal, discipline and consistency. As a training company, we have created the necessary framework conditions for this".

Both trainees will probably receive an invitation to the performance competition of the district chamber of handicrafts. The performance competition is a competition of the German crafts. The best trainees in a particular trade are invited to participate. The contest participants will first compete in the district of their chamber of crafts for the performance comparison in their profession. They then take part in the state competition as chamber winners. For the best of the state it goes further on federal level. In some professions one can even qualify for the European professional competitions. 

We are excited and happy that the two have decided to continue to strengthen the MÜLLER team.
