MÜLLER FRONTLINER AT THE IFAT 2022 IN THE OPEN AIR!

From May 30 to June 03, 2022, the world's leading trade fair for water, sewage, waste and raw materials management IFAT will take place in Munich.

This year, the MÜLLER team will not participate with its own booth at IFAT in Munich. However, interested visitors can still see a MÜLLER Canalmaster with water treatment and FRONTLINER boom at the show.

The vehicle in question is a MÜLLER Canalmaster type F 120 EWA Eco FL on a MAN chassis of type TGS 26.510 6x2-4 BL CH.

The vehicle is located on the exhibition stand of the company: BFS Business Fleet Services GmbH in the outdoor area, booth number 713/9.

Our employee Maurice Hasse will be on site at the vehicle the whole time as a contact person.

The vehicle of the company Christian Benedikt, Starnberg, will be exhibited.

The vehicle has a suction-pressure system, equipped with a water ring vacuum pump make CVS, type WR 3100, pumping speed: max. 3100 cbm/h.

The high pressure flushing system of the vehicle contains a high pressure piston pump of the TYPE URACA P3-45/60, flushing capacity max. 205 bar at approx. 350 l/min.

The boom of the vehicle is a FRONTLINER 200-6 TANDEM with guidance of the suction and the rinsing hose over a boom.

The boom can be swiveled approx. 200º, raised approx. 30°, lowered approx. 10º and telescoped approx. 3,000 mm.

Working range from the outer edge of the vehicle to the right is approx. 5,600 mm and to the left approx. 4,000 mm.

The boom is equipped with a hydraulic extraction device of the rinsing hose with viewing window.

The vehicle is operated and controlled by a MU-COCKPIT premium.

A wide range of option packages with useful additional functions is available for MU-COCKPIT premium, which can be retrofitted at any time. The HD hose length measurement (DistanceControl) with speed control (SpeedControl), the documentation of flushing data (DataControl) as well as the communication module COM with GSM and WLAN for the exchange of data are already integrated.

Furthermore, the vehicle is equipped with a so-called "seeing North Sea nozzle".

By means of the integrated video camera of the North Seeing Nozzle, the events in the channel can be followed live on the vehicle. Including fixed meter counter, video recording function, snapshots, documentation options and much more.
