Registration

You can register with us in writing using the Internet form (www.mueller-umwelt.de/training), e-mail (training@mueller-umwelt.de), letter or fax. The number of participants for each seminar is usually limited. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received. You will receive a confirmation of your registration. We reserve the right to withdraw confirmations already sent in individual cases. With your registration you accept these conditions of participation bindingly.

Services & Prices

The following services are generally included: Participation in the booked event, documentation & certificate of participation, evening events on the 1st and 2nd day of the seminar, food & beverages, hotel accommodation incl. breakfast according to your specifications.

Prices are per participant per training day plus VAT. You will receive the invoice close to the event date, payable upon receipt within two weeks.

Overnight stay & travel

Not included in the price are the costs for your arrival and departure. Hotel accommodation incl. breakfast will be firmly reserved according to your specifications and included in the price. We will take care of the organization.

Cancellation

Cancellations on your part are free of charge up to two weeks before the start of the event. After that, you will be charged half of the participation fee. This will be charged separately after the event. You can also name a substitute person at any time.

Dates will take place if the required minimum number of participants is reached. We reserve the right to postpone or cancel the course in question and to refund the corresponding participation fee. In special situations, we reserve the right to make minor changes to the program schedule or to provide a substitute speaker. If we have to postpone or cancel an event, we will inform you as soon as possible.

Copyright

The copyrights of the documents belong to us and, if applicable, to the external speakers. The documents may not be reprinted or reproduced.

Data protection

Information on the processing of your personal data in connection with the organization of the event can be found at www.mueller-umwelt.de/en/privacy.

By participating in the event, you agree that images and/or film recordings may be made during the event, which may subsequently be used for advertising and reporting purposes.
