FRONTLINER 200-6 TANDEM

In its class the FRONTLINER 200-6 is capable of an unbeatable scope of operation. It rotates 200° around the vehicle in order to bring suction and jetting hoses into position simultaneously, as well as being able to reach areas of difficult accessibility. You don’t need to give a thought to the suction or jetting hoses – whether rotating, extending in or out, lifting or lowering the boom, both hoses are guided automatically.

Operation sites are often situated in areas with challenging traffic conditions, where access to the manhole is available but there is nowhere to park the vehicle. The extreme flexibility of the FRONTLINER 200-6 means it can be parked away from the traffic while still allowing access to the manhole. Complicated shunting of the vehicle a thing of the past.

The FRONTLINER 200-6 unites the suction and jetting hoses in one compact boom. Up to 20 m of DN 125/150 suction hose is stored on a suction hose cassette, alternatively up to 24 m DN 125 or 20 m DN 150 on a suction hose drum. Up to 500 m of DN 25 or 300 m of DN 32 high pressure hose is stored on a separate hose reel and fed through guide channels into the boom. Both hoses together enable working to greater depths, as well as allowing longer stretches of sewer pipeline to be cleaned. 

This boom system, optimised by simulation, is able to withstand a high degree of load pressure. In addition to working areas to the rear of the vehicle, it is also possible to work up to 5.6 m to the right side and 4.0 m to the left side of the vehicle without difficulty. An overload protection system is installed to safeguard the boom against damage.

Operation of the FRONTLINER 200-6 is as easy as using a smartphone – via radio or cable remote control or the touch screen in the MU-COCKPIT. The handling of the boom is quite an experience, while setting up and carrying out the actual sewer cleaning operation becomes much easier.

Safe working conditions are important. In dangerous traffic conditions, you can simply work at a certain distance to the sewer shaft. In difficult aerosol conditions, the vehicle can also be operated from a certain distance. Noise levels become more acceptable when working from a distance of up to 5.6 m from the side of the FRONTLINER 200-6.

The FRONTLINER 200-6 tandem version is available as standard with our dependable suction hose cassette to enable the suction hose to be replaced in a streamlined manner. It is also possible to achieve greater suction depths. The FRONTLINER 200-6 is also available with our horizontal suction hose drum, which is able to store even longer suction hoses.
